We are contacted providers with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, and Tufts Health Plan.  We are willing to work with families that have other insurance companies to get reimbursement.  The following are insurance companies that we have worked with:  Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Principal Financial Group, MassHealth, Neighborhood Health Plan, Oxford Health, and United Healthcare. When calling to set up an appointment: Have your member number available Patient's date of birth Primary card holders name After the appointment has been set up: If your plan requires it, call your primary care physician (PCP) for a referral. Our group practice is under our parent company, P. B. Samara OT & Assoc.
