Massage We are pleased to add massage therapy to our wellness offerings here at BFW!
Nina Capobianco is a licensed massage therapist and certified Reiki I & II practitioner. No matter how you use your body - to sit at a desk or to landscape - Nina can help you relieve discomfort and decrease tension through her unique style of massage. Her focus is to provide an outcome-based massage.

REIKI REIKI is a Japanese word for Universal Life Forces Energy (Rei is the universal, transcendental spirit and ki describes the vital life force energy). Reiki activates the life force within you to heal the mind, body and spirit.
It provides an alternative method to healing, which helps reduce stress, tension and pain. This practice has also been known to increase energy, inner balance and well-being.
We use a non-touching technique that stimulates healing and comfort.
We offer 30-minute treatment sessions.
REFLEXOLOGY Reflexology is similar to acupressure because it manipulates key pressure points on the body to balance the energy flow. It maps these spots on the feet and hands to correspond to organs, glands and other body parts. When a practitioner applies pressure to the right spot there is a reflex reaction in the corresponding body part. Reflexology is a wonderful way of relaxing your body and relieving minor pains such as anxiety, digestive problems, migraines, PMS, chronic pain and hypertension to name a few.
We offer 15 and 30-minute treatment sessions.
